The State of Delaware and Spectrum Consulting are Co-Hosting a three-day Training Event -- October 1-3, 2008

As you know the workforce is changing rapidly and we must be ready to weather the storm.

I have some very exciting news. The NJ Chapter is supporting a three-day training event on October 1-3, 2008, from 8:00 to 4:30 each day that is being co-hosted by the State of Delaware and Spectrum Consulting Group. The Mid-Atlantic Workforce Planning Conference is sure to be a dynamic training event. It will provide you with the knowledge you need to carry out a strategic workforce management program, as well as the best practices and tools to ensure success.

As a leader in state HR planning, I encourage you to consider attending this Conference, which will be held just outside Wilmington, Delaware. I truly believe that the information and tools that you will receive at the Conference will position you to meet the challenges that lie ahead. In addition, attendees will receive a one-year subscription that includes follow-on support and access to additional resources.

Enrollment is open to anyone who would like to attend. The cost is $1,600. A group discount is available for organizations sending 3 or more attendees.

About the New Jersey Chapter

The New Jersey Chapter was chartered in 1997 as part of the Eastern Region of IPMA-HR and actively supports the work of other Eastern Region Chapters ranging from the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico along the East Coast of the United States to Massachusetts. We are a chapter committed to the development of programs and activities that will have an impact on personnel issues affecting today's public service employees.
